I'm a person who takes privacy pretty seriously. I do not collect any data beyond the necessary and obvious stuff that I need to, such as story content. No analytics, no IP logging, and currently no cookies (though I am looking in to how to use them for functionality and convenience reasons, such as saving themes or story positions).
I've done my best to outline everything privacy-related on this site, which has mostly been digging into third party services that are employed by Pizzazz. If you ever have any questions or concerns about anything, please do reach out to me and I will happily clarify or investigate any potential privacy issues.

Data that is collected is all user-submitted: profile pictures, usernames, background images, bios, music, comments and stories. If a user wishes for any of their content to be updated, changed or removed at any point, they may contact a site admin and let them know without having to provide a reason.
Comments are handled by Chatango, which is a third party service. Unfortunately, it makes calls to Google Analytics and Taboola, which is an advertising company. I did my best to try and take out the calls to them entirely, but unfortunately the iframes fetch an html page from Chatango's server with the trackers embedded, and my attempts to reverse engineer the php and force it to grab an edited, local html file instead were unsuccessful. I would advise users to use ad and tracker blockers when visiting any of the pages that use Chatango iframes (stories and the submissions page), as they will block the requests to those domains; please note that if you use Privacy Badger or something similar, you must manually unblock the Chatango domains in order for comments to work.
In order to leave comments, users must create and use a Chatango account. Chatango's privacy policy can be found here. Regarding the "...the IP address of the sender is recorded and displayed to the group owner" text, I have created a local css rule using Stylus that hides the IPs, so I do not see them. Seeing people's IP addresses without an option to hide them is weird, so I made it myself, since seeing that information all the time is kind of creepy.
This site is hosted for free on glitch.com. From the digging I've done, the only calls ever made to Glitch are their content delivery network (cdn), and that is because I use it to host a majority of the files on Pizzazz. I've never picked up any trackers, ads or any other connections from Glitch while using Pizzazz (aside from the cdn).
There are many links on the Credits page that will go to external sites. I am not endorsing any of them, only providing the original sources for various content that is found on the site.
Embedded YouTube videos may be found in some stories. When playing a video, I've noticed that uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger will spike up like crazy with the amount of things they've blocked. I would recommend using one or both of these browser extensions, or something similar. I will most likely be migrating from embedded YouTube videos to local video files instead due to this.
